Paige Thomas
Paige Thomas serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the Board of Directors of Rent the Runway.
Paige brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning luxury, premium, and off-price retail, with deep expertise in merchandising, product innovation, e-commerce, and customer experience. Prior to joining Rent the Runway, she held senior leadership roles at Signet Jewelers, Saks OFF 5TH, Nordstrom, and Kohl’s, including serving as President and CEO of Saks OFF 5TH and Chief Merchant & Product Innovation Officer at Signet Jewelers. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale retail businesses, driven digital growth, and shaped merchandising strategies across some of the industry's most recognized brands.
Paige holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Washington.
