Biography

Tim Bixby has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February 2021. Mr. Bixby has been the Chief Financial Officer of Lemonade, Inc., a consumer insurance provider, since June 2017. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Bixby served as a member of the board of advisors of Sightworthy, an on-demand video marketing company. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shutterstock, Inc., a digital content licensing marketplace, from 2011 to 2015, and as Chief Financial Officer, President and a Director of LivePerson, Inc. from 1999 to 2011. Mr. Bixby holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
