Biography

Teri Bariquit has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2025. Teri Bariquit is a seasoned fashion retail executive and advisor with more than 37 years of experience at Nordstrom, Inc. (JWN), where she most recently served as Chief Merchandising Officer from 2019 to 2023. Over her career, Teri played a key role in expanding Nordstrom’s revenue from $1 billion to $15 billion while increasing profit margins through national and international growth, digital transformation, product assortment optimization, and enhanced brand partnerships. She led a global team of more than 1,200 professionals across Buying, Planning, Product Development, and Inventory Management, managing a $200 million P&L and a $10 billion inventory investment.

Teri is recognized for her leadership in large-scale enterprise transformation, technology enablement, and business turnaround initiatives. A collaborative thought partner and relationship builder, she is skilled at inspiring leaders to navigate complexity and reimagine the business for growth and efficiency.

Since December 2023, Teri has served as an independent advisor and consultant. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Washington University Foundation. Teri holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, magna cum laude, from Central Washington University and a Retail Master’s Certification from Santa Clara University.
