Dan Rosensweig

Dan Rosensweig has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2025. Previously, he was an advisor to the Board from April 2023 to May 2025, and served as a member of the Board from November 2012 to April 2023. Mr. Rosensweig is the CEO, Executive Chairman, and Co-Chairperson of the board of directors of Chegg, Inc., an online textbook rental company. Previously, Mr. Rosensweig served as Chegg’s President and Chief Executive Officer from February 2010 until June 2024. Prior to Chegg, he served as CEO of Guitar Hero, COO of Yahoo!, and CEO of ZDNet. He serves on the Board of Directors for Adobe Systems, Inc., UpGrad, Inc., and Yumi. Mr. Rosensweig holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
